With heavy hearts, we must share that Spark Festival 2025, scheduled for December 12–14 in Silver Springs, will not be moving forward this year. Despite the incredible enthusiasm, messages of support, and excitement from so many of you, we did not reach the presale threshold needed by our internal deadline to responsibly cover essential pre-event expenses—including site fees and insurance payments due this week.
This decision was not taken lightly. The Spark team explored every possible alternative, but ultimately, we are unable to proceed without compromising the quality, safety, and integrity of the experience we promised. And that is something we will never do.
To everyone who believed in Spark—thank you. Your passion fuels us. While this chapter must pause, we remain committed to building a future where art, music, magic, and community can ignite together once more.

1. Why is Spark Festival canceled?
Although community interest was high, presale tickets did not reach the required threshold by the deadline needed to secure site fees and insurance. These major expenses are due this week, and without presales, the festival would not be financially responsible to execute.
2. Will tickets be refunded?
If any presale or early-bird payments were collected, all refunds will be issued automatically using the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once processed. Refunds will be issued today, but depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 days to hit your account.
3. What happens to vendor/performer/volunteer agreements?
Those who were scheduled to participate will receive a separate message.
4. Will the festival be rescheduled?
Not at this time. Spark Festival 2025 is fully canceled for the December dates. However, the organizers are already discussing future possibilities and improvements for a later event.
